On a beautiful spring day in 2010, sisters Jaimie and Brooke DiPalma endured unspeakable tragedy with the loss of their father, Joseph DiPalma to suicide. Determined to turn their tragedy into change they soon created “P.S. I Love You”, a nonprofit mental health organization dedicated to spreading love and kindness and mental health awareness to communities across Long Island. Fourteen years and over 500 schools later, Jaimie and Brooke have propelled “P.S. I Love You Day” and their mental health awareness message across America and have witnessed their organization impact children and adults in countless communities. They joined the Mission Z Empowering Change Podcast to tell their remarkable story about their labor of love to make a difference in the lives of others.
